No chips, cracks, or breaks. It hs a couple of what I think are ink spots on her fingers and her dress. I did wipe it gently, but it did not come off. It does not have a glazed finished and is a matte white color. It measures 7" tall X 7" side to side x 8" back to front. The cord does not have an on/off switch. Plug it in to turn it on and unplug it to turn it off. The metal piece that snaps in is loose and slides down. I sit it flat with the bulb up and put the figurine over it. It is very pretty.
