Fun and fabulous button down blouse by Puttin on the glitz, Northlake, Illinois. @ 1980's or 90's. No fabric content tag but I'm pretty sure it is washable silk. Hand wash warm. Sparkly rhinestones outline the faux pockets and collar. Buttons down with shiny silver buttons, the 2 bottom buttons are black. Button cuffs. Size M. It measures 28" long. 19" across the top of the shoulders. 22" sleeves. Laying flat seam to seam it's 21" across under the arms, 21" at the waist. It's in very good condition. There is 1 missing rhinestone on the collar. It's the very top. Shown in one of the photos. It could be replaced but it's not really noticeable. The fabric is a bit wrinkled. I steamed it but would benefit from a pressing. I ship same or next business day.
