Flying bird at the top looks like a raven or crow
The ring at the top of the bird's wing is for hanging

Mirror is in great shape. Pictures look foggy, but windex cleaned it right up. There is a miniscule amount of wear at the bottom edge underneath the brass frame
Tarnished
