This collectible limited edition plate is based on the 'Victorian Elegance Barbie Doll', the very first Hallmark Exclusive Barbie Doll introduced in 1994. Her exquisite skating costume is inspired by an antique greeting card first published in London in the 19th century. This artwork also inspired this Hallmark exclusive collectible plate, where Barbie is enjoying the season back in Victorian times.
