In October 1975, Marvel wanted to pull together another team book and decided to combine some popular characters that were not really able to do the solo book thing. Enter Ghost Rider, Avenger alumni Hercules and Black Widow, and X-Men Angel and Iceman. Written by Tony Isabella and illustrated by Don Heck and Mike Esposito.
Book has a minor crease in the bottom (probably from storing in a box too tight) and there are some spine ticks near the staples. Inside of this book is beautiful with no folds/rips/tear, etc. and the staples are solid. They take on various gods in this story (Pluto, Ares, Hippolyta, Venus, Cerebus, and some Amazons).
While this is my only Champions book, I do have over 25K books including these heroes appearing elsewhere. Each book is bagged and boarded and I love to bundle and to combine shipping to save us money. please ask for something you are looking for...I just may have it.
