I am listing a set of Tendo-made Shogi pieces. I am not sure about the specific materials or calligraphy style, but the characters are carved. These are new pieces that I received from an acquaintance over 20 years ago. As far as I remember, I wiped them with walnut oil once to protect them. I used them a few times for studying詰将棋 (tsume shogi, a type of Shogi puzzle), but I put them away because I felt they were too precious. Therefore, they are in relatively good condition. The outer box has deteriorated over time. These are not brand new and unused. Please refrain from bidding if you are a perfectionist or have high expectations for the condition. Also, I may decline transactions from buyers with negative feedback. Please note that all sales are final and no returns are accepted.
