Suncatcher Sun Made with Swarovski AB Prism Crystal Window #9 Vintage BeadRage
This is a hanging window treatment - suncatcher - measures an overall length of 7" long. The crystal I used is genuine vintage Swarovski crystals. The large bead at the bottom is a 18mm Article 5300 AB which dates that bead to 1970. Middle crystal is a 12mm Article 346 - pre 1969 AB. I used a vintage diamond cut findings in this one above and below. 2 smaller 5301 crystals sandwiched in between. On the large middle crystal I used some vintage cloisonné bell caps that I'd been hoarding. The topaz center of the bottom finding is also Swarovski flatback. the 2 diamond cut findings were rescued from vintage made by a company called Star Creations late 80's - never used. Quite love this one - for optimum effect hang in a window with direct sunlight.
