A centered round faceted gem is surrounded with 3 rows of gems in alternating cuts of round faceted and marquise cuts, with each gem individually set in 4 button prongs. The surrounding border is filled with dots and accents of Diamonds (0.02 cts). The same design continues to the shoulders, which have 2 round faceted gems individually set in 4 button prongs.
