This is a super rare vintage Hamtaro New Year sticker sheet set which is super kawaii ✨each sheet contains multiple stickers, and the top sheet has a metallic tone to it (pic2) which is adorable!

this is ridiculously hard to find, and has been discontinued for long!
The colors and design of these are gorgeous!
