An adorable matching pair of vintage ceramic light switch plates made by Takahashi San Francisco. Produced in Japan likely during the late 1970s or early 1980s these covers feature a charming hand painted high relief design perfect for a nursery or cottage style room.
The set includes one male rabbit character dressed in blue overalls standing next to a basket of carrots and one female rabbit character in a pink plaid dress holding a flower basket. Both plates have a soft matte glaze with fine detailing on the fur and floral elements. They retain the original gold foil stickers on the back reading Takahashi San Francisco 94103 Made in Japan.
