This is for a collector of Disney items. No longer available. I bought it at Disneyland Anaheim. This is a brand new talking candy dispenser. It comes with instruction how to activate dispenser. Remove the plastic seal on the back and Minnie will move to activate and will start talking. Replace the candy with your favorite candies. I believe it has a bag inside.
