This key organizer with numeric combination lock is new/never actually used. Tested & works fine! I purchased this key organizer lock box and started to install but never finished. So I never used. Unfortunately I lost the extra key, battery cover & instruction manual. So I reprinted the instructions and the key is just a back up method to get in box. As long as you have code you can get in box. If batteries die you can use a 9V battery to open externally w password. I listed the current password on the instructions.
