Most of the games do work (all that I have tested on my SNES work, but I havent tested all of the games.) but I am unsure if the console itself works as I do not have a power cord for the console. 7 controllers included, all of which are in rough shape. You could combine these controllers and have enough parts to make 2 or 3 good controllers. 18 games included, as well as a in Box AV cable. Send me offers!
