Please note that this is a handmade one-of-a kind item. Imperfections are to be expected. Though it has been sealed, if used as a planter keeping it indoors will protect it from the elements, and therefore protect the longevity. Please also note, that there is no drain hole, so minimal water is required, and draining any excess water immediately after watering is recommended to preserve both your plants, and the plaster.
