A vintage Napco figurine. The Napco company was established in 1938. These figurines were made in the 1950s-1960s. Napco stands for national potteries corporation located in Bedford Ohio. These figurines are highly collectible because of the intricate hand painted designs. This little girl with a basket that has a bluebird on her toes. It is beautifully hand painted. It’s in perfect condition. It measures 5 3/8 inches tall. The base measures 2 6/8 inches wide and 4 5/8 inches long.
