Madame Alexander restrung 8" Peru doll #556. Her eyes open and close easily.
Madame Alexander dolls are held together with rubber bands. Over the years the bands become stretched or brittle. Don't risk buying a doll that isn't restrung. It may become floppy or break in shipping. All of my dolls have strong and tight bands.
