This is a Boston-type bag by Louis Giorgio. I saw someone else with the same bag, and it seems to come with a shoulder strap, allowing for 2-way use. However, I've been storing it for a long time and have lost the shoulder strap, so it's not included. It can only be used as a handheld bag.
It's not in mint condition due to long-term storage, but it has little wear and tear, and there are no major scratches or stains. There's hardly any dirt or wear on the handles.
