There are quite a few missing parts.
The major ones missing are the yellow boat, the submarine propeller, and the white shark.
I've assembled it once, but there may be other missing parts as well. Also, I think there are some parts that are different from the original.

The box and instruction manual have creases and damage.
Please be aware that it may not be possible to completely remove dust from the parts.
