This is a set that is not widely available.
It's an old LEGO set, the Summer Cottage from the Town series, released in 1981. Being from the 80s, I think it can be classified as retro or classic.
It wasn't listed in Japanese catalogs, so it's likely that it was never released in Japan.
The 16x22 baseplate is very rare. The building also has a color scheme not found in sets released in Japan, and the interior is quite elaborate.
There are no missing parts. The condition is good for a used item.
The instruction manual and stickers are color printed.
I'm offering a slight discount because the instruction manual is not original.
