This LARGE 7" fabulous dual figurine is in MINT condition. It has no chips, crazing, repairs, or mars. It was created from one of Sister Maria’s precocious drawings by master sculptor Gerhard Skrobek in 1972. It bears TMK (#6 Missing Bee) having been produced in the 1980s.
A Tyrolean clad young boy is protecting his pigtailed little sister from a frog in their path! She is holding on to his lederhosen for security. The detail and colors of this piece with flowers and feathers is amazing. A true testimony to the craftsmen and artisans at the Goebel factory.
Too cute to pass up!!
