Beautiful porcelain trinket box made by Goebel for the Smithsonian. This lovely lidded box is based on original art from the Smithsonian libraries. It has lovey creamy roses on the sides and top and is trimmed in gold. It measures 4” x 3.5” X 2” and is hallmarked on the bottom, although I don’t see a date. No chips or cracks. Perfect for holding jewelry or other special items. Would look great on a vanity, dresser or in a bathroom. Jewelry for display only snd not included.
