Fitz and Floyd Classics Florentine Fruit Collection Canape or Hanging Plate

This beautiful octagonal plate is from the Florentine Fruit Collection by Fitz and Floyd. Its handpainted majolica style is decorated with raised yellow pears with a trompe l'oeil style against a background of blue baroque scrolls complete with a green/blue roped border. Handcrafted of high-quality earthenware, this plate measures 9" tall x 9" wide x 1.5" deep. The plate can be used to display food on for serving, or it has 2 holes on the back so you can hang up for decoration. It was made in 1997 in China but now is a discontinued piece. It's in excellent condition with no crazing, cracks, or chips noted. Please look carefully at all of the pictures and let me know if you have any questions.
