As I used to work in advertising design, I try to keep books of this kind carefully stored in a library.
In my opinion, despite its age, the print quality is good, so I think the condition is good.
I don't think there is much deterioration of the paper quality due to age, but this may vary depending on the individual's perception.
The paper quality has been slightly yellowish from the beginning. There is some yellowing on the cover due to age, and there are slight scratches on the corners of the cover.

There are no major stains on the main body, and the condition is very good.

*With the obi (sleeve), there is some discoloration of the tracing paper. There are no tears. There is some sun-fading on the spine and cover.
