Calling all grandparents! Beautifully graceful, vintage 17 piece “mini” or child’s bone china tea set from Empress by Horuta of Japan. White fluted china with pink rose and rosebud pattern with green leaves. Pattern includes extensive gold trim on all pieces. Pieces include teapot with lid, sugar bowl with lid, creamer, 6 cups and saucers and sweet, heart-shaped, gold-colored metal stand with handle that holds cups and saucers. Teapot stands 8” tall with lid. Sugar bowl is approx 4-3/4” tall with lid and 5” across. Creamer is 3-1/2” tall. Stand is 10-1/2” tall and 12” long.
Set is in excellent condition. China pieces have no discernible chips, cracks or crazing. Gold trim is intact. There are minor wear marks on the bottoms of some pieces. Stand has rub marks and has lost some of gold paint in spots.
