Most likely from the 70s and Union Made IGWA though there is not a label my thought only. Look at the seams and the seem armpit area. Tag reads 9-10. Love the embellished flowers with fringed beads flowing down from the puffy shoulder. Measures from shoulder seam to wrist 24”. The length measures at 36 1/2”. Appears to have no blemishes or areas showing wear and tear. Perfect for dresses, slacks, leather pants or jeans. Just in time for the Holiday season . Coming from a clean nonsmoking home.
