Vintage Chicago Roller Skates with original blue metal carrying case featuring skating couple graphic. High-top cream leather lace-up boots with stitched soles and original metal trucks. Wheels marked Chicago. Stamped on metal frame: Chicago Formers Skate Pat. Appld Made in USA. Likely 1940s1950s era.
Skates show significant age and wear including scuffs, discoloration, cracking and deterioration to heel and wheel coating, and surface rust on hardware (see photos). Interior lining shows wear. Laces present. Case shows scratches, paint loss, and rust but remains structurally intact with handle and latches.
Ideal for display, décor, photography prop, or restoration project. Not recommended for skating without refurbishment.
Length of the outer soles is approximately 9,5".
