This very unusual pin is by Celebrity. Celebrity did home party from 1950's-1970's kind of like tupperware but jewelry. I believe this piece is from the 60's. Large weighty piece. It measures 2 1/4" L X 3" H. Textured finish. In the 60's would be considered a pound sign or tic tac toe maybe. It in excellent condition. I see no signs of finish wear. I ship same or next business day.
