Great little small handbags by Brighton .
It is a black patent leather Croc look .
The metal handles and metal hesrt have some wear. I bought it locally. The woman I purchased it from stated it was tarnished. it just needed to be polished. After I got it home and inspected it, I believe the handles are silver plated, and the finish might be worn in a few spots (rough, not smooth when I run my hand over it), not tarnished. Most seem like tarnish. I could be wrong. Other than those defects the rest of the ourse is in great shape. Comes with a Brighton cloth bag.
