Manufacturer measurements: 54-18-145 (145 or 146...very hard to read)
The first is the lens width, the second is the bridge width, and the third is the temple length. Some frames may list this information on the nose, bridge of the glasses.
These eyeglasses are listed for the frames only. Lenses need to be replaced by a professional with your proper prescription.
