RARE FIND!!
These are all vintage with one owner.
The backpacks are designed to make it look like the "Penguin" has mind control over the penguins. All 3 have headpieces on that the Penguin controls when pretend playing.
The one backpack has a silver base
with red hazard stripes and a blue mind control with a blue arm missile that launches pretty far when detonated.
The yellow backpacks have black hazard stripes with red mind control head pieces.
Add the Penguin and his plane that are in my closet to the cart along with these 4 penguins for tons of fun!
