Vintage 2003 August Moon Witch on a Moon Halloween figurine designed by Dan DiPaolo.
It is a retired collectible piece made from mixed materials, likely resin and metal.
The figurine is a character witch sitting on a golden crescent moon, with little dangling boots.
It stands approximately 15.5 inches tall to the top of the hat. Measure 6.5 inches wide.
