(#1026) Two unique vintage coffee mugs that are true works of art. Featuring a beautiful vertical striped hombre color pattern, a thick, glossy glaze and finger strap handles big enough for 2-3 fingers to fit in. Vertical stripes are much more uncommon than horizontal. I may have seen one vertical out of 20-30 horizontal stripe when researching. American-made, the unglazed bottoms clearly show the color of the clay used was a beige, sandy clay like that used by Rosemeade, Dryden and Monmouth to name a few.
They are hand-signed by artist T Childs in script
