Up for sale is an original 19th-century stereoview titled "391. Lower Ausable Pond, Adirondacks" by the renowned American photographer Seneca Ray Stoddard. Stoddard was a pioneer in Adirondack photography, and his work helped influence the creation of the Adirondack Park.

●​Location: Lower Ausable Pond, Essex County, New York.
●​Subject Matter: A serene, wide-angle view of the pond framed by the high peaks of the Adirondacks.
●​Mount: Standard curved cream/tan card mount typical of the late 19th century.

​Condition Report
●​Image: Good tonal range and clarity for its age. There is a small circular foxing spot/stain in the sky area of the left image (see photos).
●​Mount: Showing some light edge wear and minor corner bumping consistent with age. There is a small chip on the bottom left corner of the mount.
●​Back: Clean, with no handwritten notes.
