its a bit beat up, but still very usable, its scratched and a bit stained from snaitization wipes on the screen (I didnt knoe that leaves white spots over time) no cracks or damage to the screen or any part of the chromebook but a slight hairline crack on the top plastic (doesnt affect thr screen, is just visible on the outter plastic) also a few smeared keys from years of use, is missing top arrow key as seen in the picture, put a patch there which can still be used. completely functional computer, I just dont use it anymore and would prefer the money
