First edition, first printing hardcover copy of A Moveable Feast by Ernest Hemingway (Charles Scribner’s Sons, 1964). First edition/printing identified by code, “A-3.64[H]” on copyright page. Collection of sketches, journals and miscellaneous writings by the author during his time in Paris in the 1920s where he spent time with Gertrude Stein, Ezra Pound, F. Scott Fitzgerald and others. Price clipped jacket now protected in new (removable) archival sleeve but with some rubbing/scuffing to faces and shelf wear around the edges - including chipping, creasing and small tears. Boards bowed and with corners bumped. Binding is firm though spine is slightly cocked. Half title page appears to have been torn out, otherwise all pages are clean and unmarked though mildly tanned. See photos for condition.
