45th Anniversary Haunted Mansion Poster

New, still in package and doesn't look like its ever been removed. Protective plastic liner torn on top right. Corners are dinged and seems like there maybe a few spots on the back, however the face and artwork are in great shape! (any damage would be hidden by a frame). Artwork by Jeremy Fulton, who designed the 40th anniversary haunted mansion set and a graphics designer for Walt Disney Imagineering.
