It does rock. And the red eyes do light up!
The witch laughs be very quietly
It is not loud at all, maybe the voice box is going out
Comes with the box, box condtion is faulty it’s old been poked, scuffed, rips it’s from 1991 so it’s been in rough shape.
The arms can be moved up and down but stay down they don’t move at all. I’m not sure if they are even suppose to move.
