GOOD+. Tan cloth boards with black lettering and decorations. Boards have minor signs of wear, just a small bit of soiling and edge rubbing. Binding starting to loosen at about page 17, and loose under spine cover, but still tightly bound overall. This loosening can easily be repaired. Inner pages in wonderful condition, some age yellowing of pages, occasional foxing or tanning, but clean, crisp, and bright with no markings, tears, or flaws of any kind noted. Great historical black and white photos throughout. Entire section in the rear, from page 505 to end (page 888) is Appendix with charts of all kinds of data compiled in 1920 for this publication. A great item for research and historical purposes. Quite heavy, of course. This is a remarkably scarce item!
