Very unique ”French country style” antitique purse basket from early 1900s. The base is wood. This bag is not lined. This basket style handbag has leather handle. There is metallic ring-and-pin locking mechanism closure. Being most likely over hundred years old handbag, it has marks of old age, strorage and use. The metallic parts has rust on them. The handle has lost some stiches. The lid is slighty bend on the other end. Otherwise the bag is in ok vintage condition. The handle is 15 cm long.
