Layered knit fringe skater/pixie/tutu skirt! The bottom layer is a solid black pixie design with gold sequin/holographic and black velvet/shiny spandex fringe overlay. Stretchy knit waistband.
Great for raves, festivals, halloween, mummy/ghost/mermaid/sea/dance costumes and more! I also make matching gloves and leg warmers!
