The game is for 3 to 4 players ages 12 and up. It is a finance-themed game where players buy and sell properties to make money. The winner is the player who has the most money at the end of the game. The box features the quote: "It's not whether you win or lose, but whether you win!" The Rule Book and a Quick Guide are included, as well as all game components listed on the inside cover of the rule book. Game box is approximately 10 inches x 15 inches x 4 inches. Game has been used, and inside lid has family game night history. Box base is in good shape except for bend at top, left corner.
